On the coloring sheet below your kids can count while they color in the lemon slices. Even older children will enjoy coloring in all of the small spaces between the fruit.

You can even get creative and color in some of the slices to represent oranges or limes!

Flipping over, the lemon slices on the printable sheet below look like they are dancing! I can't help but smile every time I look at this coloring page.

Fun Fact: Lemon trees can live for more than 100 years!

As you color in these sheets, it would be fun to observe some real lemons. Then you and your kids can use the real fruit as inspiration when coloring in this page.

Lemons start out green as the fruit grows on the tree. As it ripens, the peal turns bright yellow!

Many citrus fruits like lemons are eaten with other foods or drinks. Eaten alone, lemons are very sour!

If using these printable coloring pages with young kids, make sure to check out the last coloring sheet. Featuring a large lemon and two lemon slices. Plus the word lemon written in outline form which your kids can also color.

Below the image, young children can write the word lemon. Or capital or lowercase letter L.
