To print, simply click the button below the image for a pdf version of the sheet. Each printable fits a standard 8 ½ by 11 inch piece of paper. You can even print off the answer key!
Words are hidden horizontally and vertically within the word search. Perfect for young kids or even adults.
Easy Version
Within the easy insect word search, you can find 6 insects hidden in the puzzle. There are even cute designs on the border that can be colored while working on this worksheet.
6 Common Insects: ant, bee, beetle, cricket, earwig, fly, moth, and wasp.
Difficult Version
The second version is a difficult word search with 12 hidden insect vocabulary words. At the top, you can color in the word insects along with the different bugs around the puzzle!
Common Insects: ant, bee, beetle, butterfly, cricket, caterpillar, dragonfly, fly, grasshopper, ladybug, mosquito, and moth.
